Program Overview:
This 4-week boys beach volleyball program is built specifically for indoor athletes looking to elevate their game.
Beach volleyball forces players to:
- Move better
- Control the ball at a higher level
- Think and compete without relying on systems
It’s one of the most effective ways to develop as a complete volleyball player.
PROGRAM DETAILS
- Dates: July 13 – August 6
- Days: Mondays & Wednesdays
- Duration: 4 weeks

What You'll Train:
- Ball control (serve receive, defense, setting)
- Movement and footwork in sand
- Explosive jumping and strength
- Shot selection and offensive creativity
