This 4-week boys beach volleyball program is built specifically for indoor athletes looking to elevate their game.

Beach volleyball forces players to:

  • Move better
  • Control the ball at a higher level
  • Think and compete without relying on systems

It’s one of the most effective ways to develop as a complete volleyball player.

PROGRAM DETAILS

  • Dates: July 13 – August 6
  • Days: Mondays & Wednesdays
  • Duration: 4 weeks

  • Ball control (serve receive, defense, setting)
  • Movement and footwork in sand
  • Explosive jumping and strength
